About

~ …Dreams are gossamer threads bound with iridescent rainbows and reflected in golden clouds; they let us reach for the unattainable and believe we will touch it… they hold our spirit and remind us to chase the vision… We admire those who attain greatness and strive to follow in their footsteps… ~ krd…

I am a writer…a dreamer…I chose writing as a form of therapy. It LEGALLY allows me to kill the kids; divorce my husband; sleep with movie stars; mangle the dogs; destroy the house. It also permits me to take expensive vacations; fly starships through galaxies we’ve never heard of; or swim deep in the Mariana Trench! It keeps me sane. I live inside my imagination imparting useless bits of trivia that are important at the time…

Some of you will know me from FaceBook where I make my mark all over the place! (Okay, so I’m a small fish in a big ocean over there, kinda the same as here, but minnows feed whales!) In fact, I’m all over the place on the big WWW… Twitter; Google+; Pinterest; WordPress; LinkedIn… It’s hard to miss me… I’m the one shoutin’ “HELP! How does THIS work?”

*hugs*…
luv khrys…

You write beautifully, I can’t wait to read more!!!

Hello khrystleraineduste,

I believe that we all go through a certain amount of fear because we know that we ourselves are powerless to do anything about some situations. Our only comfort is in knowing that the Lord is able to deliver us and carry us through any trial or trouble that we face.
As far as God having any fears I would say that He does not. I believe that God the Holy Spirit is grieved by the sins that we commit and that He actively convicts us of our sins. But there is a boundary that God will not cross and that is our free will to choose whether or not to obey and trust the Lord; in obedience or for salvation. God is not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance. (2 Peter 3:9) If we reject the Son Jesus Christ then we have rejected the Father as well. Anyone who enters Hell will know that they were given every chance to be saved and that they have chosen their own pathway for eternity. Even as Christians we are not perfect we still commit sin: but we have an advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ. 1 John 2:1
To be sure; there is no free ride with sin even for a Christian. God will chasten us for our sins. Hebrews 12:6
I have a number of booklets that I have written to help people with the question of salvation, plus several booklets to disciple people in their Christian walk. Feel free to look them over at my other website (www.unctionsofthespirit.com).
Hopefully this was a help to you. If you have any further questions I would be happy to try to help you with them. You can contact me either through my site or email me at (unctionsofthespirit@gmail.com)
Have a peaceful day!
Brother Gary

*hugs*… thank you for your love! God bless you,
luv khrys…

bent! nothing constructive to say other than ‘nice to meet ya’.

*hugs*… glad you stopped by…

Khrys, thank you for stopping and following my blog. I never thought about some of the forms of freedom provides, but I do agree with the list and the general concept. Writing gives us license and I will to follow your pursuit to see if you do swim in the Marianas Trench or perhaps join them on stage.

Take care,

Ivon

[…] khrystleraineduste ~ This woman has a special way with her words, she’s personal, revealing, encouraging, a Christian, and a wonderful writer, she’s actually my BFFL in the blog world. Just all around BRILLIANT, and she makes me want to be a better writer. One other thing I love is she re-blogs posts she likes so freely, which says a lot about wanting to share other people’s works on her page, so that means she’s giving as well. […]
