A long time client, one my husband jokes and discusses sport scores with arrived today. They each defend teams from different provinces. He spoke with my husband.

He says, “I have something to tell you, and don’t get me wrong; I really hope this doesn’t happen for a long time but I’ve decided to hire the ‘Canucks‘ (who haven’t done well recently) to be your pall bearers.” (This client can afford to hire the entire team; so…)

Understandably my husband is confused, and asks, “Huh? Why?”

Our smart-ass client laughs, “So they can let you down one last time.”
